Kurz je určený pro vinaře, majitele vinných sklepů a vinoték, zaměstnance hotelů a restaurací, studenty vinařských škol a pro všechny milovníky vína.
Lektorem kurzu je Mike Mazey – absolvent University of Adelaide, obor Enologie. Uznávaný australský enolog, flying wine maker, sommelier, hlavní autor první komplexní vinařské učebnice na světě, podle které se bude v kurzu vyučovat – WineWords – English for Wine Professionals & Wine Lovers, autor mnoha článků pro noviny a odborné časopisy a porotce řady mezinárodních soutěží.
Tento kurz zdárně absolvovali i zaměstnanci Národního vinařského centra ve Valticích.
